Katherine Saldana
CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Katherine is a Miami based interior designer with over 10 years of experience working with clients across US and Latin America to create distinctive, comfortable, and stylish interiors that enhance the lifestyles of their occupants, while retaining a strong sense of place.
Since opening her firm, Squadra Studio in 2018, Katherine has collaborated with clients throughout the region on high-end residential and commercial projects to achieve a balance of design, comfort and function producing interiors that are both current and enduring.
Katherine studied Interior Design at Miami International University of Art and Design. Since arriving in the US 12 years ago Katherine worked for six years in a large interior design firm on a wide variety of residential projects before setting up her own design firm; this breadth of experience informs all her work, and she particularly enjoys the collaborative process working with architects, craftspeople, and contractors to fully express her client’s vision for their spaces.
Camila Martini
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Camila is passionate and committed to interiors, with a strong focus on detail and communication. Her thorough CAD knowledge enables her to transform spatial ideas into 3 dimensional perspectives. She earned her diploma in architecture in Buenos Aires Argentina from the university of Moron.
Camila believes successful interiors should tell stories and inspire, and that is achieved only with passion, dedication, and innovation at every stage of development.
Ana Iribarren
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ana earned her BA from FIU and had grown restless in her role as an operation manager in interior design when she met Katherine and the team. We couldn’t help but scoop her up immediately, and she jumped at the chance to work in a creative, inspiring environment where her skills and talents could be put to work with joy.
Now, as Operation Manager, Ana manages the project budgets, handles the accounting, keeps the designers on track, and serves as point of contact for our clients.
